At VIVE Profit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
